@ Gianluca, i tempi lunghi in questo caso non avrebbero giovato più di tanto: la marea si stava ritirando, e sul primo piano che vedi bagnato ormai le onde non arrivavano più, quindi tenere il mare "leggibile" sullo sfondo mi è sembrata una scelta migliore (si, il tempo è 1/15s  devo ancora prendere il caffè.. correggo subito). In alto avrei forse potuto lasciare più spazio, ma avevo visto queste due rocce che hanno attirato la mia attenzione e le volevo come soggetto principale, somigliavano davvero a creature marine..  Ciao!!

@ Gianluca, the long period in this case would not have helped much: the tide was retreating, and on the first floor wet by now you see the waves did not come any more, so keep the sea "readable" in the background seemed like a choice better (yes, the time is 1/15s:-D:-D I have yet to have coffee ..:-D I correct immediately). At the top I might perhaps leave more room, but I saw these two rocks that have caught my attention and I wanted as the main subject, really looked like sea creatures .. ;-) Hello! Trovalo perchè con le tue doti ti darebbe immense soddisfazioni, la penso esattamente come te ma penso anche che come fotografi dobbiamo cercare di valorizzare al meglio anche ciò che riteniamo ''brutto''.
Spesso nella street o nell'architettutra è ''semplice'' trovare un filo conduttore in cui sviluppare una serie di foto che insieme oltre che reportage documentano anche una visione e sottolineano un tema.
Penso sia un lavoro complesso ma che poi mostrato nel suo insieme possa portare a chiavi di lettura interessanti.
Sviluppare un tema fotografico è difficile soprattutto perchè non si ha tra le mani una videocamera ma se ci si riesce le soddisfazioni crescono così come la voglia di creare.
CIAO e scusa se ho invaso lo spazio di una tua foto per divagare su altro.
