LT: 30.12.2013 22h 44m, Monte Baldo 1250 mt (VR), t=-2°c. Canon EF 200 f/2.0 L at f/4.0, Canon EOS 60D CentralDS ts=-22°c at 1600 Iso, Lumicon Deep Sky, Takahashi Em200 no guide. Integration 16x4', 5 dark, 33 bias, 33 flat, PixInsight. Purtroppo senza filtro il cielo è totalmente bianco e quindi devo usare il Lumicon Deep Sky. Una dedica, a mia figlia Silvia che passa questa notte di fine d'anno in ospedale. Un abbraccio.

Excellent! Nebulae well visible and small stars. A quid more could be more color to the stars.

Really very very nice. I find it well balanced.
Can I ask you something more about lumicom filter?
I own a 70-200 f/2.8 with which every now and then I astrografia.
Where can I buy this filter? Serves as a anti-pollution light?

Good luck to your daughter.

It Fabercom the filter attenuates the light pollution and .... takes a little 'sky ovviemente.
For the 70-200 2.8 the problem is the diameter, with that size (if there is) the cost is quite high.
Do you have an alternative, but it is worth trying, install a filter type eos clip that applies within the DSRL as long as it is not a full frame because of these is not supported.
The real problem is that for lenses with apertures relative rather important, and for a 2.8 I would say that might be the case, it could give diffraction images with defects.
The ideal would be to have a friend who lends you so try it before you buy it, or have an opinion on the part of those who have already experienced.
Hope that help ;-)

yes, I know well the eosclip and in fact the idea was, however, if one day I have to take ccd step to a different one.
Thank you and sorry if I came off topic.
