Maestoso e regale l'Östermalms Saluhall è il mercato coperto più affascinante di Stoccolma , una struttura che risale al 1888 recentemente restaurata con all'interno ogni tipo di sfiziosità alimentare svedese . Rispetto ai mercati che siamo abituati a immaginare è molto più ordinato , ricercato e stranamente silenzioso e inodore , in poche parole decisamente “scandinavo”, molto chic . Al suo interno numerosi piccoli ristoranti gestiti direttamente dai commercianti , dove assaggiare tutti i piatti della tradizione a cominciare da deliziosi Smörgåsbord .
