Ex Banca Commerciale Italiana; edificio realizzato nel primo decennio del secolo scorso da Luca Beltrami (1854-1933), uno dei più importanti architetti italiani del'epoca, in collaborazione con l'ing. Giovanni Battista Casati (1853-1934). Era in corso la mostra “Moroni (1521-1580). Il ritratto del suo tempo”, dedicata appunto a Giovan Battista Moroni; e i dipinti qui esposti erano quelli della mostra.
