Il castello di Soave, paese vincitore del edizione 2022 del concorso RAI "Borgo dei Borghi". Il castello, attestato già in un diploma di Federico Barbarossa, sorge probabilmente su un già esistente fortilizio romano. Sotto i Dalla Scala venne ristrutturato e migliorato; Cansignorio fece anche costruire le mura che cingono il borgo, nel 1379. Le ultime modifiche vennero effettuate sotto il dominio della Serenissima, che costruì il terzo cortile del castello. Dopo essere caduto in disuso e in rovina - trasformato in fattoria - venne acquistato e ristrutturato dal senatore del Regno Giulio Cammuzzoni, sul finire del XIX secolo.
