Sommer mornings in Guayaquil (Ecuador) are decidedly cool and rather gray in the early hours.
I like to go on the terrace while my wife is still sleeping and the note of color is represented by these cute birds that stand out against the gray background, shaded by the telephoto lens, of the walls of the other houses. Even the poles of the current and the relative cables, uncovered, are of a gray I would say monotonous, then welcome these cute little animals to give a note of color and joy with their chirping.

le mattine di estate in Guayaquil (Ecuador) sono decisamente fresche e piuttosto grigie nelle prime ore.
A me piace andare sul terrazzo mentre mia moglie ancora dorme e la nota di colore è rappresentata da questi simpatici uccelli che si stagliano sullo sfondo grigio, sfumato dal teleobiettivo, delle pareti delle altre case. Anche i pali della corrente ed i relativi cavi, scoperti, sono di un grigio direi monotono, allora ben vengano questi simpatici animaletti a dare una nota di colore e di allegria con il loro cinguettio.
