Quelle che ho avuto il piacere di vedere, avevano un movimento molto lento all'inizio formando una sorta di "lama" lunga e verde (come in foto) che durava anche per qualche minuto, per poi cominciare a "sfaldarsi" e a muoversi molto più velocemente arrivando fino allo zenith con movimenti molto veloci e impressionanti.
Lo stitch che ho postato (uno dei 5 che ho fatto) è stato un po' un azzardo... nel senso che ho aspettato il più possibile per riuscire a riprendere qualcosa in più rispetto alla sola "lama verde", e ci sono riuscito. Nel senso che un minuto prima si vedeva questa fascia verde molto uniforme, de questo momento in avanti ha cominciato a "sfagliarsi". In questo modo l'immagine, a mio avviso, diventa meno banale.
Le foto singole hanno esposizioni di al massimo un paio di secondi, mentre l'aurora è rimasta in quella forma per quasi 5 minuti... Ovviamente piccoli movimenti li fa sempre, ma un po' a seguito dello stitching e un po' con le esposizioni di un paio di secondi i piccoli movimenti vengono semplificati e ammorbiditi. In più ho fatto dei piccoli spostamenti con la macchina in modo da avere molto sormonto da una foto all'altra. Questo mi ha penalizzato a livello di angolo di ripresa ma mi ha aiutato in fase di stitching.
