I've adopted a technique discovered on the net and I use an old Flash Nikon SB28 (in manual mode) with speaker... For this reason, the shooting time is limited to 1/200. The sharpness is probably due to the "freezing" effect of the flash flash. Then maybe from the target stabilizer but I'm not so convinced.
