In realtà come faccio di solito oltre ad una mano ci metto anche un pollice, come ti risposi in una foto di qualche tempo fà scattata con l'MP-E ( www.juzaphoto.com/galleria.php?l=it&t=2433080 ) " ...la parte frontale della lente poggiava sul pollice della mano sulla quale stava la libellula che fungeva da "slitta", potremmo perciò dire "ad una mano + un pollice""
