The courage of mono for me has definitely rewarded you. It would surely this grandeur, with a contrasting color. Well done in general for your shots, thought and some research. |

I really like this very imposing vertical extent and keeping the lines.
Ciao Andrea |

MattewX me very much your comment because I'm still doubtful about my shots, especially that distance or less the feeling that I try to convey. Here for example, I chose a cut just 9/16 to accentuate the eye vertical climb that, combined with the black of the buildings and the small window of Heaven, my intention was to make this sense of threat / awe / oppression. The title, always in intention, and 'instead in stark contrast to the image because it should draw more nightlife in Milan. If even part of this and ' "arrived" I can be satisfied :)
Thanks to Black Rain and Fiorenzo for the appreciation! |

I've limited a lot in the previous comment ... the perfect lines make you notice many things, some lights over the lines create pleasant contrasts with the darker areas, and beautiful alternating with light and shadow to climb to the right, a Repeated and continuous element of lines that peoples the eye at the precise railing of the backrests in silhouette against the sky.
A great B / N and a full grayscale ... and then the illuminated capitals and imitation of the same reflections on the little balcony / cornice just below .... a picture with so much to see I am amazed I have already I like 5 I like ... will not it be too much? :-P
Ciao Andrea |

I like the tallness of the image, with the buildings rising up against the sky and the walking figures to give the essential human element and scale. |
