, Jokulsarlon lagoon and beach, Iceland.

Molto bravo.

Well it is not surprising that it is much photographed, and a magnificent place. I doubt that many are able to achieve this level of photography. Very good.

Complimenti, ciao

It is now a classic, but great care in the composition makes it special anyway;-)
Congratulations, hello

I fear that the horizon line suffers the famous barrel typical of wide-angle shooting:-P This is not to belittle your production, it seems only right to break it. Visually striking these pictures, do not put no doubt ... Every so we should also focus on some detail to exit the traditional rules. Obviously it's just my humble suggestion.
Congratulations on your "photo story", greetings.

Very beautiful composition that leads the eye on the diagonal and highlights the first block of ice on a black beach, I like Raffaele I have the impression that the horizon curved in the middle but I think also of perceived something ..
I really like, hello.

ciao Massimo

Very beautiful composition but especially the management, the right part of the first floor is ... just to watch and learn.
Even for me horizon to fix.
hello Massimo

Hello everyone, thanks for action and for the comments!
With regard to the horizon obviously agree on the distortion produced by the lens.
It was not correct because for my personal choice not apply interventions never going to alter the original image content.
I tried to hone in time a post-cured production in tone, detail and contrast, but deciding, in fact, to limit myself to this (most obviously, if necessary, crop and elimination spots sensor)
Obviously this is my personal choice and does not imply an absolute comparison to photographers who take a different approach: photography is a form of personal expression and everyone chooses how to practice it! :)
I developed this choice because it forces me to be more & ugrave; precise and careful field: I know that if an undesired item, for example, enters the frame for my mistake compositional not I will have to delete it later.
I realize of course that correct the distortion of perspective is something quite different from cloning a stone, though, for my choice, I decided to keep the images as they are in their "form" original.
On the other hand a lot of distortion and optical defects (flare for example) may be limited to certain choices during shooting.
I repeat this is my personal choice, I suppose, may also seem strange to someone ... I, however, I am comfortable with this way of doing! :) :)
I write all this, I repeat, without any desire for comparison to different approaches. On the other handphotography is an interpretation of the "reality" created by the photographer through the use of the tools at its disposal (including post-production)
No photograph can ever be an objective representation of what surrounds us: if it were, there would be, at least for me, taste in practice this!
I see photography as an expressive beautiful game where everyone, in the end, choose your own rules (or perhaps choose not to have any) .. I, in fact, I chose my! :)
Sorry for the rant but I wanted to try to explain why I did not apply in this photo a trivial automatic correction of lens distortion, choosing instead to keep the horizon as well as my beloved Zeiss has "produced" :)
