Grazie mille Muf! L'idea mi era venuta sul momento, mentre facevamo il brindisi di capodanno davanti al falò! Avevo intenzione di fotografare la brace del falò una volta spento, sotto un cielo stellato, per dare l'idea del passaggio tra un anno e l'altro, qualcosa di appena finito e qualcosa che è appena iniziato! Ti ringrazio
Thanks a lot Muf! The idea came to me at the time, when we were doing the toast of New Year round the campfire! I was going to photograph the embers of the bonfire once off, under a starry sky, to give the idea of ??the passage from one year to the other, something just finished and something that has only just begun! Bella e straniante per via delle differenti fonti di illuminazione. Il primo piano sembra quasi una sorta di cratere, il cielo denso di stelle e l'orizzonte solcato da quelle luci gialle (non capisco se sia inquinamento luminoso oppure un accenno di alba), conferiscono un aspetto surreale e post-atomico! Mi piace
Beautiful and alienating because of different light sources. The first floor looks like a kind of crater, the sky full of stars and the horizon plowed by those yellow lights (I do not understand whether it is light pollution or a hint of dawn), give it a surreal and post-atomic! Ciao Pandamonium, ti ringrazio molto per l'attenzione che hai prestato al mio scatto! Purtroppo le luci gialle sono dovute all'inquinamento luminoso a valle, lo scatto era stato realizzato poco dopo lo scattare della mezzanotte e dell'inizio del 2015. Infatti la brace che è in primo piano non è altro che quel che rimane del falò di mezzanotte, con cui ho voluto rappresentare i resti dell'anno che ci siamo lasciati alle spalle! Sei stato davvero molto gentile e sono contento che ti sia piaciuto questo scatto!
Pandamonium Hello, thank you very much for the attention you paid to my shot! Unfortunately the yellow lights are due to light pollution downstream, the shot was made shortly after the capture of midnight and early 2015. In fact, the brace that is in the foreground is simply what remains of the bonfire Midnight , with whom I wanted to represent the remains of the year we left behind! Sìsì è una composizione di due scatti, una per il primo piano ed una per il cielo! Per il cielo ho usato ISO 6400, 25" di esposizione e f/2,8. C'era la luce della brace che dava un po' fastidio ma bastava lavorarci un po' su ed ho trovato il modo per ottenere questo scatto.

Sisi is a composition of two shots, one for the foreground and one for the sky! For the sky I used ISO 6400, 25 "f / 2.8 exposure. There was the light of the embers that gave a little 'discomfort but it was enough to work a bit' up and I found a way to get this shot.
