at 24mm, 13 sec f/2.8, ISO 800, tripod. Jokulsarlon lagoon and beach, Iceland.

Very beautiful scenery, fantastic places. Maybe and then again maybe cut off a small portion of the sky to give more interest to the central part of the shot.
Well done anyway.

The atmosphere is wonderful! You see a little 'shelling due to noise, but it does not detract from the shot.
Rather, from the point of view of composition I framed a bit 'higher, in order to reduce the dark foreground sea ...

Thank you Cla.san!

For helium, perhaps if I were to cut a part would be the bottom that adds little to the picture at the top, however, is the starry sky that although it is not the main subject of the shot does not scarterei! But thank you for the visit and the board !!
Alberto: I tried to have a symmetrical composition, leaving too much to the sky squilibrava perhaps a bit 'scene (my point of view, imho) so I wanted to try to leave space above and below! Thanks for the observation and the transition!

Greetings to all, Leonardo

A majestic scenery with a beautiful aurora borealis! Excellent sharpness. I reduced a little 'more noise and used a composition closer. Here you have to be a focal of 14 (I sense because I have a similar photo made a few nights later); it was better to zoom up to 24, cutting off the bottom. However, it remains a beautiful picture:-P a magical place. Of course by Vik in here the same night! wow! wow!
Congratulations, hello

Mario I'm sorry to contradict you, but here I was 24:-P Unfortunately, the brightest lens I had with me after the 14-24 was the 50ino and then went too long, the 24-120 f / 4 and I did not want to miss a stop I accepted this compromise, even if you're right, in a bit closer would not give at all bored:-) Thank you again!

You have done very well, because the quality of the 14-24 is far superior. I checked my makeup and I saw that I was in another place, closer to the ice, and I shot at a focal length of 16 mm! When you know the place I mean.
